Refund of Securities

The Univeristy security, library security, hostel security and mess securities are refunded when a student leaves the university after completion of his degree or the hostel (in case of mess security) after deduction of outstanding dues of the university, library of the hostel, respectively.

Refund on Admission Cancellation

The University security, library security, hostel security and mess securities are refunded when a student cancels his admission before completion of his degree.
In addition, tution fee would be refunded as per the following schedule:

• Full (100%) fee refund if admission cancelled upto 7th day of convening of classes or registration in the department (whichever is later).
• Half (50%) fee refund if admission cancelled from 7th to 15th day of convening of classes or registration in the department (whichever is later).
• No fee refund if admission cancelled from 16th day onward from the day of convening of classes or registration in the department (whichever is later).

The interest free loan amount deposited, over and above the tuition fee, by the candidate would be refunded after deduction for months availed at the university. For the purpose of counting availed months, a portion of a month shall be counted as one full month.
All other dues and fees deposited shall not be refunded including migration fee charged from migrated students.
