DESCRIPTION:

The Department of Computer Cell, UET Lahore is providing NSSA (National Student Software Accessibility) Web Portal services with collaboration of Higher Education Commission & Microsoft Pakistan to the complete Faculty and Students of UET Lahore. The entire Faculty, Staff and Students of UET will get the prevalent Microsoft software packages Free of Cost through an MSDN account to access the NSSA Web Portal.

The NSSA Web Portal Project at UET Lahore has been started and supervised under the supervision of Mr. Muhammad Iftikhar CONSULTANT IT who has participated actively in a number of meetings with HEC & Microsoft for the launch of NSSA Web Portal. He was also the representative from UET Lahore on the Mega event of NSSA Launch at HEC Regional Center on the behalf of Worthy Vice Chancellor i.e. 13th August 2011.

FOCAL PERSONS:

Computer Cell, UET Lahore has also nominated the focal persons in UET Satellite campuses to provide services in respective campuses. The campus focal person will maintain the database of the students using services of NSSA and they will also provide them the EMAIL IDs of UET Official Students Domain on the basis of their registration numbers e.g. 2010ee450@student.uet.edu.pk. Unlimited space is provided on this email account. Faculty, Staff member or student willing to get email address or Microsoft portal access, are requested to contact their respective campus focal person.

How to download software from the portal

If you are in university, you can download the software (high speed) from the ftp site. And use the acquired key from the Microsoft portal
