University of Engineering and Technology Lahore conducted a seminar on ‘’Anti-Corruption Measures’’ in collaboration with National Accountability Bureau. Talking to participants Prof. Dr. Nadeem Ahmed Feroz said, “To make corruption free Pakistan, it is our prime duty to deliver with commitment and dedication in respective domains on ethical grounds.” He further said “All malpractices and wrong-doings must be discouraged and we should try to build soft image of nation. Transparency must be ensured in all operations of every level which will uplift the socio- economic status of masses.”Deputy directorNAB Lahore delivered a special lecture on functioning of NAB. An effective approach must be followed to eradicate the menace of corruption because it is big hurdle in stability of economy.”He focused to develop character building societies by including all stakeholdersspecifically the students who are the future leadership. At this moment, Deans from different faculties, Director Students Affairs Prof. Dr. Asif Ali Qaiser, Registrar Muhammad Asif other faculty members and a large number of students were present. An awareness walk was also arranged at the end of the seminar.
