Dr. Adnan Maqbool ( Assistant Professor )

He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore. Previously, he served as a postdoctoral researcher at Chung-Ang University (CAU). He received his Ph.D. in Nano and Advanced Materials Engineering at Changwon National University (CWNU) from 2012-2015. He worked as a Research Associate (Lecturer) from 2011-2012 in Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Science and Technology, Pakistan. His research interests include lead-free high strain piezoelectric materials for actuator applications and energy harvesting, electroactive polymers and carbon nanotubes based smart sensors.

Due to his research efforts, he has published 40 international research articles in reputed journals (including 30 SCI papers, 10 Non-SCI papers), and also have 420 google scholar citation, which includes renowned journals like J. Phys D: Appl Phys, RSC Adv, J. Alloys Compd., J. Am. Ceram. Soc.,  J. Euro. Ceram. Soc. and Mat. Sci. Eng: B.
