General Guidelines
A complete and properly formatted paper must be submitted. Incomplete submissions will be rejected.
Since this is an open source conference, we encourage authors to use LaTeX to compose their papers. We will, however, accept papers written using Microsoft Word and
other commercial word processors.
LaTeX style files and MS Word templates can be downloaded from the conference website.
Paper length must be between 2-10 pages.
A double-blind review process will be followed. The reviewers will not know the names of the authors.
